Dont answer the phone, don't pick me back up! Left me stranded at one appointment ! Horrible way to treat customers
I as a first time user since 2021 had an appointment set today for 11:00 to be picked up around 10:15 to 10:30 at 5 minutes to 11:00 I called the office and was told that the driver was on his way to Minden and that he would be coming to my house afterwards but that it would be around 11:45 or 11:50 so I had her cancel the appointment because I could not arrive to an appointment an hour late. I'm very upset I had a pre-op appointment set up because I'm supposed to be having complete shoulder surgery and I missed my pre-op ap... read more
I left like four messages on this phone number for this company and they never returned my phone call so I'm not sure if they even still allergic company.
