Sonia at reliant was very helpful after a last minute issue with one of their moving trucks, she got another moving company to come in last minute and help move me in a timely and efficient manner (shoutout Maurice and his team) Sonia and Maurice went out of their way to make things right for me and made sure I got the same fair price that was quoted.

My elder mother on a fixed income just had her stuff moved and this company is a rip off! Dont have them move you if you have any type of rodent or insect problems or cleanliness issues because they will charge you for moving your stuff and not move it all. At no fault of my mothers has an insect problem and this company said they would mover her stuff but not her furniture then didnt even mover all the other stuff they "cant" but still charge for cleaning the truck and the time of moving half your stuff. I cannot recommend ReliantMovers based on my experience. I paid a $75 deposit and was given a moving window of 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. To ensure I was ready, I was waiting from approximately 11:30 AM onward. As the end of the scheduled window approached, I repeatedly attempted to contact the company for updates. Unfortunately, several of my calls appeared to be rejected, making it extremely difficult to get information about the status of my move. I called five different moving companies, and three got back to me, but When I called to Reliant I spoke with Sonya and she immediately quoted me a price after several questions and scheduled me for the next day! The driver called me and let me know he was coming and Three movers came very punctual and immediately got to work, moving my house, including taking down TVs, taking apart beds, and furniture.
