Amazing customer service from the men who completed our move yesterday (11/29/2025). Friendly with extreme care for our items. They did an incredible job getting it all done ON TIME. Great company and hope to work with you all again in the future.

A couple pros and several cons. The team were great guys and worked hard with us. I got the team dinner and paid them extra tips for their help, but we ran into several problems: 1) 3 hours late on the day of the move 2) In trying to go fast to make up time, they put lots of dings/dents in the furniture 3) Instead of sending us an invoice, Sonia demanded immediate payment with a 5% charge(!) for credit cards. She or the owner of Reliant, who never spoke with us, was unwilling to accept a bank transfer. Zelle has limits on da... read more
