Had a wonderful experience on July 3,2023. From the front desk to my MA. Steve the PA was superb, very personable, from his introduction - to taking the time of explaining the way the body works was above and beyond. I went in for a work respiratory clearance test and the medical assistant who performed it had no idea what he was doing. He kept telling me I wasn’t breathing hard enough and that I was failing the test. After about 20 minutes(of a test that’s supposed to take less than 5 to my knowledge) and many minutes of him lecturing me on how to breath, he told me I failed but could try again after seeing the doctor.
