Ever since this bank bought Reliant Federal Credit Union I've had nothing but problems. Them issuing cards to the wrong account, fraud, and a handful of other issues. And although the staff is friendly they have no idea what they're doing. I have to spell out multiple times what the problem is before they understand.
Ever since Reliant was switched to Uni-Wyo, after 10 years for my husband and 5 for me I am making us switch. It's a joke that I have to get brand new cards every 3-5 months due to Uni-Wyo cards are TRASH. I shouldn't have to fight with a NEW card to be ran, or worry about it not working literally everywhere I go. It's embarrassing especially when we aren't cash carriers which I've had to resort to due to my card not working. Then wasting time to continuously get a new one. One of the best credit unions in town.
In my experience with this bank this is a horrible bank. Taking more money than I actually spend out of my account and thanks to the twenty eight dollar courtesy fee I don't have enough money for food. I do not recommend this bank, I have heard better things about hilltop then Uniwyo.
Ever since they changed to UniWyo we have had bad experiences. Everything is more difficult now and you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. I have banked here for more than 10 years and my husband even longer, but the changes are enough to make us want to switch!
