Very bad phone customer service
This is a good banking system, I would like to thank Natalie who has helped me so much and making things easy for me. I do recommend this investment and would like to thank them again

They used to be a great bank for my family and me. I was a teller at a bank for 5 years so I know how the business works. I felt like this bank cared about me and my families well being. I ended up speaking to the manager Tammrra about my concerns. I felt like she was discriminating against when I came in with my kids. I had to call her back numerous times and she/the bank would not return my phone call. I just felt disrespected and rushed off the phone each time. She was like brushing it off.
