I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received from Jennifer Rodriguez. She contacted my husband offering to refinance our vehicles and claimed she didn’t know I was also an owner, which turned out to be untrue. When we arrived at the branch to sign the paperwork, everything was prepared solely for my husband, even though both of us are on the title.
