I used to think this was a good bank. They certainly aren't. I fell behind on my credit card payment because I was in between jobs for a few weeks. Reliant locked all of my accounts bc I owed them $400, so I lost access to all of my other accounts including my checking account. I couldn't pay my mortgage or any of my other bills as a result. Couldn't recommend avoiding this bank anymore. Absolutely disgusted. Would give them negative stars if possible.

I started as a member of WCTA many years ago before it became Reliant. They have always been great. A few months ago, there seemed to have been some turnover and there were no familiar faces. I had a couple of quite unpleasant interactions. However in the past 6 weeks, we have had nothing but fantastic customer service and financial advice. I want to give a special shoutout to Kayla and Sheldon. Thank you for helping us get through this!!!
