Terribly mismanaged by administration
The administrator at their Hidden Lake facility near Florissant, MO facility (Harold Lutz) seems to be an uncaring individual with a definite attitude. I arrived to visit a resident, not knowing the facility locks its doors at 4 p.m. They have a phone on the wall with instructions to dial 2400 to gain admittance.
