It's a scam. A few months ago, some relatives rented a car from them through America Car Rental. They were told they could drop off the car at any time, but when they arrived to return it, no one answered the door or responded. So they let them know they were leaving the car in perfect condition, since they had an international flight they couldn't miss. I rented a minivan on December 26 and returned it on January 2. I paid a $2,000 security deposit that was supposed to be refunded within 25 business days. It is now February 10, and despite repeated calls and emails, I have received no refund and no clear answers. This level of delay and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
