The bank NEVER answers their phones. It says they only do appts now inside. To call and make a appointment. Well no one ever answers their phone. I have on many days call from open to close every hr to every 30 mins no answer at all. Have had to call other banks to get answers and help.
The workers are so kind!
ALL banks should at least have one day during the week where they have later working hours. *Example- Friday open 8:30-6:00. This should be their company policy IF they are not opening on Saturdays part-time. Closing at 4:30 is quite an inconvenience for those that don’t get off work til 5:00. I’m saying this to all banking businesses.

This is literally the best bank I've yet to encounter. All the lady's that work here are exceptionally nice kind and proffesional!! If they don't know something they'll work with you and figure it out. I can't say enough about Ashley and Brittney they are so wonderful!! They really make me feel cared about ♥️ 🧡
