I was apprehensive at first to hire a independent adjuster, but my wife insisted that I at least call Tom (He was referred by one of her co-workers). After the first phone call I already felt comfortable as he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Tom is one of those guys that has a deep desire to do the right thing and make others do the same. Until I met him I had no idea that insurance company's had so many tricks up their sleeve when it comes to paying a claim. When using Toms services claims are dissected in a meticulous manner getter his customers what they are owed, not settled for less, not partial payment, but made while again. I literally sent Tom my mother as a referral because he is so trustworthy.
