Not only do I work with Tom and the Reliant team on a professional level, but they handled a claim for my mom within her condo a few years back. The claim was handled promptly, professionally and with excellent communication! Through the years of working with Reliant, I’ve been pleased with their results. Furthermore, having someone like Tom take the time to speak with my clients and advise them on how to best handle situations is more than I can ask for. Highly recommend!

I was apprehensive at first to hire a independent adjuster, but my wife insisted that I at least call Tom (He was referred by one of her co-workers). After the first phone call I already felt comfortable as he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Other than a phone interview with our Insurance company, I did not have communicate with them directly as Tom handled everything from beginning to end. We are truly happy that Tom handled our claim. He is honest, hard working, and communicated to us regularly. We will not hesitate to refer Tom to anyone needing his services. Hopefully we will not have another claim, but it comforting to know we have Tom in our corner if we do.

Tom is one of those guys that has a deep desire to do the right thing and make others do the same. Until I met him I had no idea that insurance company's had so many tricks up their sleeve when it comes to paying a claim. When using Toms services claims are dissected in a meticulous manner getter his customers what they are owed, not settled for less, not partial payment, but made while again. I literally sent Tom my mother as a referral because he is so trustworthy.
