I have never heard of this company and dont know how they got any of information
They never sent me a 1099-R from 2022, but they sent info to the IRS. I've never had an account with them through any company, but now the IRS says I owe them almost $3500 for supposedly withdrawing $8000 from a retirement account I never had. Called them and the associate that answered says that my personal information isn't even in their system. Couldn't find my name, date of birth or last 4 of my SSN anywhere. They were supposed to call me back after I requested them to help correct the mistake. No call and now when I cal... read more
