Billing process is very very slow only two counters are opretional. If you haven't a time so don't visit this store.

My experience at Reliance Mart was extremely disappointing. I purchased rabri, which turned out to be spoiled. When I tried to return it, the staff refused to accept the return. Despite being in Ahmedabad, the service at Reliance Mart is so poor that they've damaged their reputation for the sake of a few rupees.
This is the worst and horrible experience I had at the billing counter. I was tossed around corners because their payment system wasn't working well. The counter person was horrible and doesn't know proper manners and disrespecting customers. Please do not come here and ensure that this store closes down soon.
