Overcharged above MRP – billing not matching printed price Bought Cocoguru Coconut Oil (1L) here, and was shocked to find I was charged ₹369 when the MRP printed clearly on the pack is ₹355. That's ₹14 above MRP, which is illegal under Legal Metrology rules — not just a pricing mistake. On the same bill, Banana Nendran was also billed at ₹65/kg while the shelf tag showed ₹59/kg. Worst experience. Most of the dairy products are almost expiry. Staff unprofessional. And billing counter lady is very rude wants the customer to give her the products for scanning. SOP's is followed. The franchise owner should look into these matters.
The product which I ordered is different from the ordered one and when I want to return it there is customer care support. Lines are busy always. This happens frequently.
