I am extremely disappointed with the service and billing management at the Basavanagar Reliance Smart outlet. The store is severely understaffed at checkout, leaving multiple counters idle during busy hours. Furthermore, I was double-billed for a Wyzr Breeze Pro fan (₹2,300). All the fresh 1 litre Nandini milk and fresh vegetables are being reserved only for JioMart online orders instead of placing them on the shelves for walk in customers. Even after complaining earlier, there has been no change. When asked, the staff themselves say to buy it online, which is completely unacceptable.
