Worst experience. I bought two bottles of water which was 20% off, and supposed to be cost at Rs.16/- for two. They charged Rs.20. Difference of Rs.4 not an issue but I would say it cheating, and misleading information or may be price not updated. I asked to the guy, he could not answer satisfactory, on contrary, he turned the tag after I asked him. This is unfair. Either you cheat us or you people are so lazy, don't care to update the prices. Customers, beware of such incidences.

Worst customer service they straight on the face break law. According to the Consumer Protection Act of 2019, retailers in must display their return and refund policy in a clear and visible manner. The bill also states that consumers have the right to return durable or semi-durable goods within 15 days of purchase, as long as the goods are in their original condition, with no changes in shape or size, and in their original packaging. Hopless experience from this hopeless mart don't go ever very hopless person nor talking good nor response paid by phone pe 319 for goods payment deducted form account even counter person saw but due their machine issue print didn't came i didn't get my bill asked them to give in written said soory we can't give u goods u have to pay again same amount if u want ur goods i said i don't won't ur goods plz give my money back they refused to give they said u will get ur amount after 3days on ur account a very hopless experience ... read more
