Fully dirty goods carring tray, No one focus on basic requirements for customer
Products and discounts are excellent, but customer service was disappointing. Some young staff members were not polite, while the senior staff were kind and respectful. After checking the review section, I noticed that many other customers have shared similar concerns about staff behavior. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training so that everyone's shopping experience can improve.
I face the following issues which should be fixed by the concerned management dept : 1. Add more counters accepting cash and employ sufficient staff to run them. It isn't possible everytime to use UPI or Card for payment. 2. Organize the trolleys and baskets at a specific spot inside the store. It's frustrating to look for vacant trolleys/carts to start our shopping. 3. Some carts and trolleys are broken. Fix them or replace them with new ones. 4.
