I face the following issues which should be fixed by the concerned management dept : 1. Add more counters accepting cash and employ sufficient staff to run them. It isn't possible everytime to use UPI or Card for payment. 2. Organize the trolleys and baskets at a specific spot inside the store. Lots of varieties of items are available here. You have to work & walk hard to reach some needy things .Dealing is helpful till date but at Cash counter it's too difficult as online & offline payment mode huge mass lines & at counter only 2 or 3 people to handle hardly!!!. Else things are tidy & good till now.
Very pathetic service I visited to store at 9:56 and security gard are not allowing me to enter the store according to him he asked me that for one product its not allowed
