At Rajajinagar, ISKCON Road smart bazar ,if an item is not scanning or is not found in the system during manual entry, the staff simply removes the item instead of helping. This is giving customers a very bad experience. It is causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly look into this matter and improve the billing process. If this continues, we will be forced to give a poor review for Smart bazaar.
