Very poor experience! They didn’t provide proper carry bags, and the packaging was extremely poor. The rice even spilled out of the package. The items were not packed securely, making them difficult to carry. Very disappointing service and careless packaging.
Don't ever go to this store. They’re running a pricing scam where the shelf price is lower than what they charge at the register. I was shocked to see them charging more than the MRP on several items, and I'd be happy to share my receipts to prove it. Most of their positive reviews are just from their own employees. Stay away from this scam of a store.
Value for money
I had a very bad experience at Smart Mart, Konanakunte. The staff behave very rudely with customers, and the manager is selling expired products.
