I visited last year with five friends; initially, the guard wouldn't even let us all enter, only allowing us in after a 15-minute wait. Why the rating is too low .. is really the service is not good ..????
This complaint is for the staff clear manager because of silly mistake by customer, total staff were arguing with customer, they were threatening them again and again saying the same thing that we will call the police, we will call the police, I don't like this behaviour at all and he threatened the customer saying that we will call the police or you should pay him 10 times extra, why should we do this, this is not coercion, if someone made a mistake, I accept that a mistake was made, but it does not mean that you are taking... read more
