This Reliance Smart Bazaar is the worst store I have ever visited. The security guard here is the rudest person I have ever encountered. The staff here completely lacks the basic etiquette required to interact with customers. In particular, the cashiers here are absolute novices and are extremely rude.

​As a customer, I expect a basic level of professional communication and problem-solving, neither of which were present. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you intend to improve the service standards at this location.the staff is very uncooperative and very rude and show attitude to the costumers .

This complaint is related to an incident that occurred at a Reliance Fresh store. Due to a very small and unintentional mistake by the customer, the store staff argued with the customer and behaved in a rude and inappropriate manner. Instead of resolving the issue calmly and sensibly, the staff put pressure on the customer and forced him to purchase the product.
