Bade services 👎🏻 मेरा अनुभव स्मार्ट बाजार में इतने सारे बिलिंग काउंटर होने के बाद भी बहुत कम दो तीन स्टाफ ही बिलिंग कर रहे थे , जिसकी वजह से मुझे और मेरी फैमिली को बहुत इंतजार करना पड़ा, उसके बाद बिलिंग काउंटर पर बैठे स्टाफ ने किसी और ग्राहक का बिलिंग करना शुरू कर दिया , जिसकी वजह से उस ग्राहक और मेरे बीच बहस हो गई, जिस कारण मैं अपना सारा समान वहीं पर बिलिंग काउंटर पर छोड़कर बिना कुछ खरीदे बाहर आ गया
worst. i could not find a single clean basket so i had to hold everything in my hand and even though the staff saw this, nobody cared to hand me over a basket, in fact they continued chit-chatting with each other while blocking the path way. also there are 4+ billing counters yet only two were functional, due to which billing process became time-consuming. this store has no value for customers; still existing only because of availability of variety of products. Very bad experience, bad behaviour staff,,
I have visited today Ambuja mall smart bazar Raipur, the experience at Smart Bazaar in Ambuja Mall was terrible. The staff ( Sashi Kiran ) there doesn't know how to talk to customers. untrained Staff very poor service , And every staff member there calls i am a manager. And they gave me my items without any packaging.
