Terrible service; if a customer accidentally forgets to pick up an item after paying for it, they are not given the item. Is it the security guard's job to check if the customer has the bill? Nothing is verified. There is no CCTV system. If a customer comes back to collect an item they missed, they are merely harassed rather than receiving any help. It is better to shut down such shopping points. It was a really bad experience.
No Store manager, very messy, price tag not available on counter, staff members are not aware about the items and not a proper response..very bad.
The luggage is kept anywhere, the staff there is very rude,😒 the luggage is very expensive, the luggage is spread all over🙄, it is not cold, the luggage is expensive, it is the worst experience. 🤮
Worst customer service tell people wrong price to sell. Put expired product in shelf. Very rude people and misguide customers beware.
