Very pathetic service by Neemuch and Jawad branch. They promised delivery of urgent medicine in 2 days but despite follow-ups they didn’t deliver it even after 4 days. Worse they don’t even know where is the parcel. Going to file complaint in consumer forum.
Not Good service
Worst courier service. Calls not answered ever, no proper updates on tracking, too late. It had food items which my parents sent for me and due to these people everything got spoiled. They promised that the parcel will reach within 48 hours but even after 7 days no updates and not a single call answered.
Not diliwar on time bed service
