I love the fact that I can call my phone company and talk to a PERSON. Response time is usually right away, or at least the same day. The service exceeds my expectations. Great hometown company with a great staff. Service here is great! I also learned recently that new ISP offerings are in the works to bring higher internet speeds to our area. As more and more online products require greater and greater bandwidth, its great to hear that our local office is working hard to keep our access to the internet achievable. I am excited to see what they are able to do here in the Elkton area!
