Reliance credit union are great. I have been with them for over 30 years. They have helped me in bad times and I when someone tried to hack my account they stopped it They are better than the 'big' banks. Thank you Reliance.
I have never had a good experience in Bathurst branch. Haughty, stuffy old service and that was business banking! Abused my staff for coming for change more than once, just awful. Every time it was rotten. I have never felt welcomed here. Awful experience. Lithgow however was good. Chalk n cheese.
Mixed answer Here it's very much a country bank. It's good if you want that type of experience but they tend to struggle with out of the box thinking on complex financial services. So that is why this is not a good or bad review. They are ok. They are a bank for Bathurst home loans.
