Very fast and friendly. I been there for over 15 years and there still very friendly.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Son went to make a deposit. Waited in drive up window for 10 minutes, hit the call button twice, finally someone comes to the window, said didnt see him, people usually dont use that window. How they stay open is beyond me. My son and myself will be moving personal and business accounts from there

I’d give them zero stars if possible. Drive thru, waited over 13 minutes for the inept teller to process a deposit of checks...after 13 minutes was up, teller comes back to let me know she has to redo it all over again. Huh? It’s that hard? Ever since it turned into Simmons bank, I’ve been so dissatisfied with the service and lack of skills with their employees. This is a business account and after today we are taking our business elsewhere. Simmons is awful.
