Literally the worst banking experience I have ever had. The accounts do not update on time. My app says my account has money but my card gets declined and the ATM doesn't work. This is honestly the 20th time I've had hundreds of dollars in my account and said availability and nothing. This is th most awful, inconvenient, and honest to God bullshit banking experience ever. The WORSE Branch Manager I have ever dealt with. It used to be great bank to to do business with until she came along.
Always good service, able and caring attitude. Special kudos to Ellen who worked beyond to solve a problem for me. This bank is always welcoming, comfortable, knowledgeable. Thank You Simmons Tower Grove & Simmons Pine Bluff.
Good & Friendly staff. Ellen is always nice to costumer & Chris is very helpful person.
The security guard walked out to harass me for stopping in their lot because I needed a moment to get my bearings.
