i don't understand why the creve coeur west is still closed this is the only bank i know of that closed so many banks. one saturday i went to four locations before i found one open. poor customer service.

Really a wonderful bank group. Have every product and service. Very helpful staff. So happy the transition was so smooth.
As far as local community banks go reliance was at one time truly one of the best. However over the past 2 to 3 years they've discontinued many of the client centric benefits they used to offer. This is understandable since many of these were most likely strategic to growing their business as they entered in to a competitive banking market.
