As far as local community banks go reliance was at one time truly one of the best. However over the past 2 to 3 years they've discontinued many of the client centric benefits they used to offer. This is understandable since many of these were most likely strategic to growing their business as they entered in to a competitive banking market. Best bank in town. Excellent customer service. Always clean and friendly. They also have the best bathrooms in town. A smiling face greets you as you enter the door and you are truly their focus while you are there. I feel as if I know them personally and I'm not just a number. Thank you Reliance Bank in Columbia, IL for always taking care of our needs and going above and beyond for us.
