Our 50's Occidental oven stopped working last week and I called Reliance Appliance in a panic. Matthew got me an appointment for the next day and was right on time. He quickly explained what he would need to do and was very clear about time and price. He fixed the oven and then used some extra time to fix our top burners. I was thrilled with the experience and getting to know Matt. Thanks so much!
My 1950 Wedgewood stove was misbehaving, so I went looking online for repair people. Matt was responsive, and easy to schedule. Arrived on time, and really friendly. Most impressive though, was that after fixing the issue in about 20 minutes, he spent the rest of the hour doing small maintenance things and improvements. I feel like I really got my money's worth!
