I visited to seek advice on changing from employee to a sole trader. It was easy to book and was served promptly. I was given precise advice regarding ABN and they gave advice how to do on my own as well. So I paid consultation fee which was not much.After I got ABN, I visited second time to finalise my overdue tax return. Their fees are modest and affordable. Staff here are very patient and kind. I saw the high rating and went to them. They charge me $200+ and on top I had to pay for tax to the govn. I had to come up with my onw inputs. They were not friendly either. Not my cup of tea. Wonder where they got all these ratings
