I was recommended this tax service by a friend of mine. Set up an appointment went over my business information and was told I would get a call the next day. Called and left voicemails for three weeks, never got a call back, then I get a random email saying she’s unable to do my taxes with no explanation. Unreliable Tax Service Problems and questions with taxes, has taken my money but now refuses to answer the phone when i have questions. I haven’t received my tax refund, and the lady refuses to assist me. DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUDE SERVICE
