⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Place !!!
She was recommended to me by family. Needless to say I will not be using her again. I was told our taxes would tax 8-15 businesses days. We have yet to receive it and received something from the IRS and needed her help and was basically told to figure it out our self and now it could take up to 3 to 9 weeks to get back.
Nancy is a very knowledgeable tax preparer. She tells you what you need to know which makes her job easier. I've been with her for years.
I was recommended this tax service by a friend of mine. Set up an appointment went over my business information and was told I would get a call the next day. Called and left voicemails for three weeks, never got a call back, then I get a random email saying she’s unable to do my taxes with no explanation.
