If I could do no stars I absolutely would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We booked the Muir Woods and Sausalito Tour. I tried for four days before our tour to confirm with them via email and leaving voice mails. They did not return any emails or voice mails. And then they didn't show up!! We waited for 45 minutes at the pick up location. Luckily we were able to book a like tour with another company. It was so infuriating and embarrassing as we were with another couple celebrating his 40th birthday, and everything was a surprise.... read more
