Great service at the beginning, but when the radiator developed a leak, I called at least six times with no response. Sometimes a woman answered (she even found me in the system) and transferred me to sales and sometimes it was automated. I left messages every time. I emailed at least once as well. Now the warranty period expired, I’m sure I won’t get anything, but I am willing to renegotiate my review if I get a refund or at the very least an exchange on my radiator. Fantastic service and follow up. These guys are pros, really glad I found them.
Great radiator for a high performance big block Mopar. I bought a 3 row aluminum KKS 26" radiator with stamped tanks and dual 12" fans. Took minor work to fit and looks better than expected. Had an issue with a damaged thermal switch and they quickly took care of it for me. Great customer service, great radiator! Will defiantly do our radiator business with reliable from here on out. Thanks!
