I have had to live on $75: a week , it took me literally from Dec 1 , 2023 to April ,2024 of me asking over and over for my money to replace my broken phone they do take out a fee of my money to mail me a check I do not get any statements of what I have each month . Thumbs up it was impossible to receive a call back from them leaving messages upon messages somehow I ended up not having anything saved through this whole time I have been trying to play catch up with groceries personal needs etc since day one until this day Sep... read more
Great people but what has been wrong with the phones. They just ring and ring!!!!
Reliable Payee Services is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. That said, they ILLEGALLY take fees for being a Payee organization to "Comply" with SSA and VA requirements. Horrible communication. Constant disrespect. I have to fight to get any extra money. They won't share the expenditures with me. I would give zero star if I could.
