I had to move from a 2-bedroom in Fairview-Burrard to Burnaby. Unfortunately the day before the scheduled move, the elevator in the building I was in malfunctioned. Technicians came and weren't able to finish the repairs so the moving company hired more guys, 6 in total to be prepared to move everything down 5 flights of stairs. A great experience from start to finish! Alston visited before the move assess & discuss my needs. He arrived on time with Sergio & Max and they went straight to work without any fuss. They were always aware to protect the surroundings (rolling out mats) & my belongings (blanket wrapped). They set-up the bed first thing in the new place and placed boxes where I could get at them easily for unpacking.
