Edit: this company has been contacted by the Better Business Bureau multiple times with zero response! Please know that you will have to go the legal route for any compensation from this unprofessional company! Kicking myself for not calling the authorities while they were still on premises! Reliable Movers recently moved me to a new city. The owner Ben was so great working with me as I am on a fixed income. Three men came down and were polite, knew what they were doing and worked efficiently. On the other end; they placed my furniture and were very helpful.
So much to say…I would call them “Unreliable” movers. Do not trust these people!!!! Unprofessional at best, but really flat out criminals! Things disappeared for sure, but they did not follow directions at all. We were leaving things in the house for staging and the movers decided they would pack what they wanted and leave the rest. What should have been a one day move, turned into 2 late days and in the end, when we asked to discuss the last payment details with the boss, we were threatened! Highly recommend it was super fast the movers were very professional and on time all of my belongings were packed very well I had a great experience
Terrible only did half their job wouldnt recommend to anyone
