Do not use Reliable Moving! I was referred to them by a coworker so thought they'd be safe. I was asked to pay a $500 deposit via Zelle the night before the move, which I did. When the movers finished, Ben said he still hadn't received my Zelle payment and asked me to pay in full and he'd refund the deposit when he got it. He received the Zelle payment but still has not returned it. It's been 3 months of me texting to ask about the refund. Good movers, BUT proceed with caution! Ben Sena, the owner, was cordial, friendly, and accommodating. On the first day, the moving crew carefully packed my household items. They returned the next day knowing exactly which furniture and artwork remained, yet failed to bring the padded packing materials needed to protect them. Instead, they relied on shrink wrap for furniture, lamps, artwork, and other fragile items. As a result, the glass in a large framed artwork was broken.
