1 Star I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Reliable Heating & Air in Grayson. I believe the evaporator coil in my attic furnace is still under warranty, and for weeks I’ve been trying to get the company to honor that warranty. I’ve paid for multiple service calls, and each time the technician tells me someone will contact me regarding the warranty claim. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happens.
