Honest About Delivery: I DID NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, I want to make that clear but I wanted to give them 5 stars for being honest! I did business with Road Runner and American Auto Shipping (who is out of business but still taking people's money, I caught hell getting my money back) and Road Runner was not being honest about the time of pickup and delivery. Gave me a quote to ship a car for $11,500. Paid $1600 enclosed from a different carrier..
I recently shipped a classic car from Delaware to Colorado, and things could not have gone better. Not only was quoting was easy, but Reliable was the most affordable enclosed option that was not a broker (which I wanted to avoid). I provided them with some scheduling challenges, but they met them all. The drivers called to schedule collection & delivery times, and they were exactly on time. I hired Reliable to transport my dad's antique car, since it was not running and I couldn't transport it myself. They were easy to work with, and they were very flexible since I had a short time frame to fly from Ohio to Arizona to meet them to get the car out to the truck. Normally their pickup window is a few weeks, but they were willing to meet me to pick up the car and they stored it until they could truck it to Ohio.
