Extremely upset! I did my taxes with them in April, and at the end of May, I found out they never submitted them! The owner went on vacation and posted a note stating when they would be back on June 15. I went on the day they were supposed to return, but they were not there, and no one answered the phone!

Very disappointed!!! I have wasted my time ,gas and money!! I have been trying to get a hold of her since august the 4 (Jeanette)the person who file my taxes because their was a mistake on my TAXES THAT I PAID FOR UPFRONT TO BE FILED CORRECTLY! Not only was I wasting my time but I left them a important paper and when I asked for it back the lady was looking everywhere for it l,over 30 minutes at that point I was in shock by how unprofessional this place was I just wanted my things back to think I actually thought this place ... read more
