I paid for 4 tickets in 2021. Tried to contact many times via phones and emails about my schedule change.They never replied to me till date. Then I came to know that the company was closed. Till date they never refund my money. I lost more than $250. It's a cheater company.
Phone number does not work, it seems they are out of business.
My father has been trying to contact reliable bus, by email and phone, for the past two weeks to reschedule our bus time and dates. I have been calling them for the past few days but no-one is answering or returning our calls. I would definitely stay away from this company. Not a good experience.
The driver makes the trip a pleasent ride he is very positive up beat and kind I would recommend anyone to travel on reliable bus it's affordable very professional and always arrive early to great us
