IN 2022 we switched to Reliable Bookkeeping & Tax Prep after using another well-known tax place for numerous years. We have found Carol to be highly knowledgeable, very professional as well as going above and beyond for her clients. Ms. Carol, has been such a blessing to our family. She truly cares about her customers! Friends and family I have referred to her have been very pleased with her services as well.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. She cost us so much money, time and headache. She had us to remove all of our reconciliations for an entire year. She caused the biggest mess and it has taken me almost a full year to clean up her incompetence.
Carol and her team is great! We use then for both of our small businesses for taxes & Bookkeeping. They are honest and work hard for us, even after hours at times. They are affordable & honest. Highly recommended!!!
