The rep didn't listen when I told him not to send the card in the mail due to me being out of town for and by the time I would get home I can just go to my local reliabank and have one printed instead of waiting days in the mail. The rep called me back and even tho I would not verify my mailing address and specifically told him not to send a card he did it anyway. Now my bank is telling me since it was sent in the mail they can't cancel the one in mail.
Will blatantly steal money from you and will not return it. I received several 5 dollar charges for then "not being able to deliver my mail". But when shown I was receiving all of my mail they said "well because if paperwork you signed when you made your account I guess there is nothing we can do to help you". I withdrew and closed my account immediately. These scum will nickle and dime you.
