Chris is helping me change my life long struggles with anxiety and poor habits that have contributed to my battle with weight. He’s such a compassionate, excellent listener and very skilled at his work. It feels like a therapy session but better! He builds rapport easily and is very comfortable to be open with, which I believe is essential for true change to occur. I love hypnosis and am a true believer! It works!
