I cannot recommend Roland enough. I saw him with a long-standing hip/groin problem, pain from which disturbed my sleep, and impingement caused me to trip and fall. He treated me with the Bowen technique. I wouldn't have believed this would work, when I read about it, but the results are amazing. I am sleeping without pain, and moving freely. My sister experienced this technique elsewhere and it worked for her too. Roland is a really nice guy, puts you at your ease, and explains everything very well.

I had a pain in my bicep, and an aching knee. After my first session I felt so much better and really relaxed. In total I had 3 sessions and wow! I felt fantastic, aches and pain had gone, and i have been having great nights sleep, totally relaxed. Will definitely be back for more sessions in the future. Thank you Roland.
