She is like a sorceress of pain relief, I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of true muscular pain relief.
Absolutely go to Release for your next massage. I have been hesitant/not often satisfied with massages, but Jamila at Release completely changed my mind. She was thoughtful and intentional with the whole experience- she set up the room (scent, music, bed temp), asked about areas I needed worked on and really gave the best massage I ever had. I cannot wait to go again and my body is already feeling 100x better after just the first massage.
Jamila has been a critical part of my practioner team in trying to rehab some musculoskeletal pain from an injury (likely lumbar disc and muscle response). She’s been a godsend for helping the muscular system relax and relieve tension so I can work on other parts of recovery process. I can’t see myself ever getting services from anyone else , and am thankful for her expertise , strength , and attention to the nuance of what I’m going through and her professional care.
