Unprofessional. Started my massage late and kept answering the phone during my massage.

My first massage here was with Lucy, it was amazing! The second time I booked a couples massage with my partner. My partner had a wonderful massage from Lucy but mine was done by another massage therapist. Mine started late, felt rushed, the massage therapist kept leaving the room to attend to the door and answering the phone while massaging me.
