After being diagnosed with an inflammatory condition, I was struggling with stiffness, pain and fatigue. Vaida has taken time to understand my condition, listened to the issues I was having, and has tailored each session accordingly to how my body has been feeling. I have seen a lot of improvement and the results have been great. I have even seen benefits in regards to sleep and fatigue. Vaida is knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, and I would highly recommend!

Just home from another treatment with Vaida and it was amazing. Tonight was a mixture of lymphatic, deep tissue and bamboo. What I loved was that it was tailored for me during the session and I felt so relaxed throughout. The bed was heated (as was the bamboo) and the room as always is restful. I thoroughly recommend you book as soon as possible as you can!
