Hi, thanks for the reply. Honestly, it makes no sense to advertise 90-minute bookings if your staff just decide not to take them when you’re busy. Customers don’t book to fit your convenience – you should be arranging staff to meet the service you promote. Otherwise, just stop offering 90 minutes at all.

I went in as a Walk In. The Reception person was really rude and unprofessional. Just an honest feedback - Please have someone more professional and more courteous at the reception desk. I went for massage but I just turned back and left after seeing the attitude of the reception lady.
