A waste of time! Worst massage experience Our Story On 23 July 2016, my wife and I arrived at the massage centre at about 4.15pm. The customer service was very poor and they poured some oil on our back, started to apply the oil very softly.. at about 4.20pm my wife and I requested the staff to apply some pressure on the sore muscles - the staff refused and requested us to pay an additional $50 each to apply pressure on sore muscles. By FAR the WORST experience I've ever had in my life. Their "relaxation" massage included just continually spreading oil all over my body that's how much pressure it lacked. So much so that it was tickling me instead of it relaxing me. Stopped the massage after 10 minutes of nothing. HIGHLY recommend that you STRONGLY AVOID this place.
I booked a 60 minute 'relaxation massage' here and this is my story: 1. I turned up for the appointment, there was no welcome, no greeting, no smile. I wasn't sure whether she could not communicate or her english was too poor. But her straight face already put me off a little before the massage even began. 2. She guided me to the massage room.
