Called before hand, guy answered the phone “hello?” Instead of the business name and that should have been my first clue. Asked for 2 chair massages and he said okay head this way. We did. We got there he was all relaxed in a chair with an iPad and phone blairing. His personal mail and things were strung about on a chair there but I gave him the benifit of the doubt thinking maybe he just had lunch and was taking care of personal business as he did have food out too. Facility was Clean, Staff was Friendly, Spoke little English which is just Fine, Massage was Fantastic in my eyes. I had the woman masseuse and she did Fabulous. I see a lot of Negative reviews about the Gentleman, But I can’t wait to Return and see how is does Also! Massage technique was Great. She was very strong. I do prefer deep tissue massages so What One Likes Another Might Not.. I was Skeptical based off some reviews but glad I did go!
I stopped going here because "Frank" I think that is his name would not let up at all. I will not return to this location until he is no longer there. I just called there and he is still there the next person who reads my review and gets physically hurt from this guy's so called massage techniques should go to Firewheel Town Center office and file a complaint and possibly have the place shutdown
